These terms apply to your use of the Dahdah Renovation & Decoration (“DRD”) website and client portal. They apply to services offered in Lebanon. A separate written project agreement takes precedence for the renovation work it covers.

Quote requests and project agreements

Submitting a request for a quote lets us review your project details and contact you. It is not, by itself, an accepted quote or a contract to perform work. A project begins only after DRD and the client agree to the scope and terms in writing.

The accepted written quote or project agreement sets the applicable scope, price, payment schedule, expected timing, materials, responsibilities, and any project-specific conditions. If these website terms differ from an accepted project agreement, the project agreement controls that work.

Client portal accounts

The portal is for authorized clients to view project timelines and before, during, and after photos; communicate with DRD; and review or approve completed tasks. Keep your login details private and use the portal only for your own project.

When DRD gives you a temporary password, you must change it after your first sign-in. After you change it, DRD staff cannot view your new password. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from a security issue outside your reasonable control. Contact DRD promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Portal messages, photos, and task approvals

Use the portal to share information relevant to your project. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share or content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful. Project photos, messages, timeline updates, and task approval activity may be retained as project records and used to coordinate the work.

A portal task approval records your response to the completed task shown. It does not change the scope, price, or other terms of your project agreement unless both parties separately confirm that change in writing.

Website and portal use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation or security of the website or portal, or use either service to transmit unlawful material. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect clients, projects, or system security.

Website content and availability

Website descriptions and project images are provided for general information. They do not guarantee a particular result, availability, price, or completion date. The website and portal may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limits on responsibility for renovation work should be set out in the applicable written project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are intended for services provided in Lebanon and are governed by Lebanese law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
