This policy explains how Dahdah Renovation & Decoration (“DRD,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you request a quote, contact us, or use the client portal. Our services are currently offered in Lebanon.

Information you provide

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location, project type, and the details you provide about the work. We use email verification for quote submissions; the verification code expires after five minutes.

Client portal information

For portal accounts and project coordination, we may process your name, login email or username, phone number if provided, project assignment, project timeline, project photos from before, during, and after the work, chat messages, and task approval activity.

Portal access may begin with a temporary password. You must change it after your first sign-in. After you change it, DRD staff cannot view your new password. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare or discuss quotes.
• To manage renovation work, project timelines, photos, messages, and task approvals.
• To verify quote requests, protect forms from abuse, and maintain portal security.
• To keep business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Who may receive information

Information is available to DRD personnel who need it to handle your enquiry or project. We may use website hosting, email, and portal providers to operate these services. The Contact page also embeds Google Maps; loading that map connects your browser to Google, which may collect information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, manage a project, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Email verification codes are time-limited. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to retain some records where required for an active project, business recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Contact us using either email address above.
